  Wasted a week with this company. Had my car towed to their shop with the complaint my car won't start. Nearly day days later I go to the shop to get my car back then suddenly they had a diagnostic review and charge me 160 and say my car is drivable. I get in my car to take it to an actual mechanic shop that has more then one tech work to get work done. And my car still doesn't start after they said it was drivable. I guess our definition of drivable were not the same. Had to Jumpstart my car and take it elsewhere. Under two hours my problem was fixed and only charge 100 for the fix as the parts are under warranty. Ken towery will not be a place I recommend or use again. Not even for an oil change.

  We were traveling when we had an issue come up and based on reviews selected Ken Towery— they were able to get us in immediately and were incredibly thorough and very knowledgeable. Gave us piece of mind for the rest of our trip. James P was very reassuring and helpful.

  I just bought a new car, but yesterday I noticed I ran over a screw. I called during my lunch break today and they had availability, so I went in. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a patch. The staff was super friendly, and I will be back if I need anything else! Thank you!

  Excellent service, esp in an emergency sitch. Went above and beyond to get me back on the road, and the advisor even checked to see if any warranty was available to help resolve my issue. After discovering that there was a warranty in effect, it reduced my bill by half and I was back on the road quickly!

  I had an appointment at the Boston Road location in Lexington for Saturday 2/28 at 7:30am. I made the appointment a couple days in advance. The appointment was confirmed. I showed up at 7:20 and waited until 7:30 to go to the door. The lights were off and the door was locked. I waited until 7:40 and decided to call another location to get an appointment. Luckily the nicholasville location had availability and they were able to help me. I called the Boston road location at 8 to let them know that I had gone elsewhere and a mechanic answered and apologized saying that they had no manager or office worker present. I’ve had weird interactions with past front desk employees at the Boston road location but the nicholasville location has been great.
