We were THREE HOURS away from home after getting run off the road by a semi truck, and our tire blew on our brand new 2026 Kia K5. It was already around 5:30 PM, and we were completely panicked. Every place we called either didn’t have our tire size or was closing. We truly didn’t know what we were going to do. By the grace of God, we called Ken Towery’s Auto Care about 30 minutes before they closed—and that’s when Scott and Joel stepped in. These two are absolute angels. Not only did they tell us to come in, but they stayed AFTER closing (we didn’t leave until 7:17 PM) just to make sure we were taken care of. They replaced our tire, checked over the car, and reassured us that everything was safe. After what we had just experienced, that peace of mind meant everything. They didn’t rush us, didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience, and treated us with nothing but kindness, urgency, and genuine care. You don’t find people like Scott and Joel anymore. They went above and beyond for complete strangers, and I will never forget what they did for us. If you are anywhere near this place and need help—GO HERE. This is exactly the kind of business and people you want when things go wrong. Forever grateful. Thank you both so much.
