  The staff was so nice and helpful. They took care of me and my car. I cut my finger while there and the staff went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate you all so much!!!

  I had an appointment at Ken Towery’s for a wheel alignment for my Volvo. They took my car right in and had it done in about 35 minutes. They did a great job on it and it now handles really well. I highly recommend them for this kind of service.

  I made an appointment online and was given a time frame between 1-7pm to drop off my car. Upon arriving around 4pm I was negatively greeted by the man at the front desk. He stated “it’s about time” that I showed up for my appointment. And stated that it was not a time frame to drop off my car and that I needed to call a schedule a specific time to drop it off and I shouldn’t have listened to the “computer.” I was sent 2-3 texts confirming that I had a drop off time between 1-7pm and was unaware I needed a specific time frame as I planned to drop my car off and leave it. This same man also spoke with me 2 days prior on the phone to obtain information about my tires before my appointment and could have scheduled a specific time if that was the case. The work done on my car was good and I am happy about it, but the way I was talked to at the front desk was discouraging and I do not know if I will be back..

  I cannot thank Mariah Rust and the team at Ken Towery’s Tire & AutoCare enough. After a different shop failed to tighten the rear passenger lug nuts during a rotation and alignment, my girlfriend was left driving a vehicle that was dangerously close to losing a wheel. Ken Towery took her in immediately, secured the wheel, and performed a full safety check to ensure the car was back to operating safely. Their professionalism and attention to detail literally saved the day. If you want honest, reliable mechanics who prioritize customer safety, this is the place to go.

  One star is too much! We had horrible service from the man that checked us in he couldn’t remember anything. I told him I had a Groupon and he argued at the time of payment that I didn’t tell him I had a Groupon then he told the attendant to take some money off and I still had to pay 40 and tax. This man was older and kept asking everyone over and over again what they were getting done. Then a lady came in and was upset because he had closed early and didn’t tell her son! This same attendant!!!! There is something wrong with how you do business I have been to your company for most of my life for car repairs and have had serious experiences with staff at your Shelbyville location and so I thought maybe your Lexington location would be batter! It isn’t! I still have two Groupons that I can’t use because your business doesn’t honor them! Even though when I have scheduled online and list I’m using a Groupon ! You really need people on the frontline that know what they are doing and not being argumentative to customers!!!!!
