  Best car-buying experience I’ve had! Bo is very personable, genuine, and easy to work with. The attention to detail even in the car listing caught my eye, and I drove from Northern Kentucky because I could tell from a quick call that Featherston takes pride in selling used cars, whereas many dealerships treat it like an afterthought. The car was clean inside and out, in fantastic condition, felt like I was buying new. The purchase process was quick and easy, and Bo even kept the car secured for me until I could get a ride back down to pick it up the next day. I’ve had the car nearly two weeks, and it’s fantastic!

  Great deal on our 2017 F150 FX4. Glen was very honest and up front with the vehicle. Super pleasant to work with. Willing to work out a deal too. I will definitely be checking back with him first when I decided to make another vehicle purchase! I highly recommend giving him a IM, Text or phone call if you’re needing a great deal on a vehicle.   I purchased a Camaro from this dealership, and unfortunately, I encountered numerous issues with the vehicle. The dealership took advantage of my status as a first-time car buyer and sold me a vehicle that was significantly damaged. The engine suffered severe damage, and upon my first oil change approximately one month after purchase, I discovered metal shavings throughout the oil drain pan and oil filter. Furthermore, the lifters failed, and the dealership offered to replace them using the warranty I had purchased as an additional expense. However, this was a scam, and I was only able to retrieve the car after three weeks. During my drive home, the engine began making a severe knocking noise. I returned the car to the dealership, where they had to replace the lifters again. After another three weeks, I was able to retrieve the car once more. Despite the dealership’s attempts to recover the warranty money, I was charged twice for the “lifter replacement,” leaving me with insufficient funds to cover the warranty. Consequently, I was forced to pay $2,000 out of pocket. This situation occurred at their shop, and I have yet to receive any assistance from the dealership. I strongly advise against purchasing any vehicles from this dealership. If you decide to purchase a car, it is crucial to have a mechanic thoroughly inspect the entire vehicle before making a decision. Additionally, I recommend avoiding purchasing warranties, as they are often scams. In conclusion, I encountered extremely poor customer service and a subpar car lot. I regretfully sold the vehicle at a significant loss due to the dealership’s negligence and deceit.
