  On February 17, 2026, my truck broke down, and I needed a car to get back home to Chicago. I contacted this company, and they refused to help. Through the website everything looked fine — we received a confirmation code. But when we called to confirm, they declined the reservation even though cars were available. We immediately tried to book again using my wife’s account, but suddenly no cars were available anymore. When we called, the staff responded rudely and said the vehicle was only for local rental and return. As a result, we were left stranded in a difficult situation while a large company refused to assist. Based on this experience, I would not rely on this location. Service here is very different from what I’ve seen with the same company in Chicago, Texas, or Tennessee. Very disappointing experience.

  Enterprise was extremely helpful when I needed to rent a car while my vehicle was being worked on. When my personal vehicle was not completed on time, Enterprise extended my rental with no hassle or hesitation. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. The car was clean, well maintained, and served our family well for nearly a month. Thank you, Enterprise!

  Really not helpful. Male dominated with mansplaining. We had issues while on a road trip up i75. Very reluctant to be of service

  I am remiss in leaving this review, but it's been due to health issues. Fortunately all is well now, and I am happy to report a very positive experience with Enterprise in June of 2025. On a drive from Florida to Michigan, our 2022 Telluride intermittently was overheating. We managed to drop it off for repair in Lexington, and then got a rental at Enterprise for our Michigan destination and return to Lexington. Eric, the Manager at Enterprise, was extremely helpful, and found us a comfortable vehicle at a very decent price. His professionalism and kindness were exceptional. My husband and I highly recommend Enterprise on Sand Lake Drive!
