    Paid $24.00, left with the same bird poop that was stuck to the vehicle when I brought it in to be washed, along with A SCRATCH down the hood from their ‘Car Wash’ tunnel. Also, you will get zero help from the office (where the automated number tells you to go for resolution) and the 800 customer service number that they gave me is out of order. If you don't want to have to drive to another car wash to actually get your vehicle clean, and risk having a scratch that they’ll tell you they aren’t responsible for, avoid ZIPS.

    Car wash broke down because of the weather and Juan offered to wash my car himself and did a very good job. He was the only one working that far and he did a great job. Thank you!

    I had my car cleaned at the Richmond Rd location to try and remove some dirt that had accumulated around the mud flap and wheel well. I had gone through a Zips car wash on different occasions but the washes didn’t hit the area. I asked ADAM if there was a way to remove the dirt that was outside of the reach of the wash equipment and he exceeded what I expected anyone to do. ADAM took the spray wand and checked and sprayed each of my wheel wells on my car and then throughly sprayed the body of my car. I thanked ADAM for doing more than I expected anyone at the car wash to do. Adam simply responded by saying, “we are here to make sure your car is cleaned to your liking…this is what we do. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my encounter with Adam. Service with a smile and a positive attitude is a winning combination for any employer to have in an employee!🙂
