  Absolutely horrible! The wash never gets the back of the car. I’ve had a membership since it first opened; until today. I’ve had it after years of hoping they will improve their facilities. The suction on the vacuums is worse than my kitchen countertop crumb vacuum. Only half of the vacuums are actually functioning but they are “not allowed” to put an out of service sign, per “company policy.” Being told that the “vacuums are free” is laughable, because you can’t just drive off the street to vacuum your car and you sure as hell couldn’t charge for that garbage. Don’t waste your money!

  The manager at Broadway car wash is absolutely amazing. She is the most Wonderful person that I have met in a long time. She is always smiling and such a great help anytime I have a problem. I believe that she is a benefit to zip’s car wash and whatever it takes to keep her there would be a benefit to zip’s car wash. I just have to say that she is such a wonderful person and I really enjoy going to zip’s car wash Because of her

  I had been a member for years and when I started a membership with a new truck, they charged me double for the new membership and the old one. I thought it would be a no brainer but they lost a long time member because they refused to refund my old membership fee to me. Bad business. I will never go there again and I caution anyone from joining because their record keeping is substandard and they will steal your money. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the huge boy and the 4 ft little boy wanted to laugh at me when I asked why the vacuum didn’t work and say well the vacuum is free so you didn’t pay for it. And walked away idk who the owner is but id be embarrassed of my employees acted that way towards a customer. Will never use it or recommend it.

  Their hours of operation are actually just a suggestion. Don’t ever expect them to actually be open when they, you know, say they’re open. I didn’t know it was possible to manage a car wash so poorly.
