    I went through this car wash expecting a thorough clean, but my truck still had visible mud all over it! I paid for a full $24 wash, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. The job was sloppy, and it looks like it was barely even touched. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not coming back!

    Do NOT use Zips Car Wash on Grey Lag Way. Vehicle incurred over $1000 in damages after equipment malfunction and they are refusing to accept responsibility. After track malfunction vehicle was still dirty and now damaged after low speed impact with vehicle in front; and half the vacuums outside were inoperable. Have reported incident to Lexington Police and BBB.
