They did the usual extras like checking filters and filling my tires, but no one mentioned that my battery was corroded or potentially failing. The very next morning, my car wouldn’t start. I had to call AAA to jump it, and I ended up paying over $200 for a new battery. That’s a frustrating and unexpected expense that could have possibly been avoided with better communication. If you’re going to provide under-the-hood service, customers should be informed about visible issues like battery corrosion. A simple heads-up would have made a big difference and could have saved me from being stranded. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location in the future. I expected more thoroughness and better customer care.
