  Great, friendly and fast service. I always go to Valvoline for my oil changes because their service is always consistent.

  This location put the wrong oil filter in my SUV so for 4 days the engine got almost no oil and is now fried. The manager told my mechanic they thought they had gotten rid of all the mismarked filters and to not tell us. We had hoped for resolution from Valvoline but they are only offering us only a used engine with no clue its history greatly diminishing the value of the car. We were told it was the same scenario as new wipers and that he (area manager)had to do what was best for Valvoline. The vehicle is still under powertrain warranty (which voids with used engine) and we have owned since new. We now have no car and have hired an attorney.
