I got an oil change here around 4:30PM on 2/27 and went home. I drove just down the road to get groceries around 6:30 and my check engine light and LSD lights came on and my car was acting jittery. One of yalls techs must’ve knocked a sensor or something. By the time I got back home to check I couldn’t find anything loose, the battery bolts are too tight to loosen too so I couldn’t fix this. Something happened to my car here to make it act like it was driving on ice. I’m coming back tomorrow.

Multiple times I have come here and tonight in a last minute emergency, my husband was stranded in Lexington and we live in Richmond. These lovely people here told us they would try our best and when the tow truck pulled up at 6:55 my husband said they guided him right in and jumped to work. They found out we were completely out of coolant! They got my husband squared away and in a flash. This level of service and professionalism is why I consistently choose this company.
