  This was my first time coming to Valvoline, and Jack took great care of us. The whole process was easy and quick, and he made sure to give me all the information I needed. Excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  Absolutely the worst service ever. Were can I start. First they couldn't even open my hood, while trying to open it, they messed it up. I had to get out and open it for them. They tested my battery, and when asked to turn my car on, it wouldn't start, they couldn't figure out why, I got out of the car again to see what was going on, and they had un plugged the battery to test and didn't plug it back in!!! Of course the car wasnt turning on but THEY couldn't figure that out?? And when I asked them to just plug it in and it will start, they said bc it wasnt their battery they cant do it! After a while they did plug it in and all kinds of lights came on including my engine light witch was not on before.. I just went in for an oil change and came out with a broken hood, and engine light on. One of the guys was apologetic, but the MANAGER just keeper saying it wasnt their fault, how in the world is he a manager i couldn't tell ya, this is the same guy that looked at the unplugged battery and didn't know why it wasnt turning on. .. Absolutely terrible experience.

  Slowest place I’ve ever seen in my life. Just stopped here because it’s close to home. There is two lines. After sitting in line for almost 20 minutes and it seemed like nothing was being done by the six people working there. I was Then approached by a staff member that works there and told that I needed to back up and switch places with somebody in the line on the right side because they were here first. The building is really hard to maneuver a car around anyways because of the way the building and lot is angled. Instead of them, just Finishing up the car on the right side and getting her in they wanted me to back out, Let her back out, get in the line I was in and then wanted me to get in the line she was in. That is nonsense and completely absurd. When instead of taking time to do all of the moving and swapping of lines, they could’ve just finished. The car that was in her line and got her in. So I pulled off left and will not come back to this location because it seems like if they combine the IQS of everybody that works there they might be able to hit double digits MIGHT! Not to mention the Last time that I went to this location, they did not tell me, but rather put it on the receipt that I had a transmission fluid leak So I asked them about why it said that on the receipt and they told me I had a transmission fluid leak after I asked them about it being on the receipt they were not even going to Tell me about it just put it on the receipt. I then took my vehicle to Amco transmission and they told me that there was no leak and Valvoline did not know what they were talking about. Definitely not a place I would recommend taking your vehicle to. And the last time that I went here I had a headlight bulb replaced reason for coming back to this specific location was to have That fixed because They put my headlight bulb in, It is angled and pointing up in the air, and it’s not even directed toward the road. Corporate needs to reevaluate Every single job at this location. Especially the woman with the really really short buzz haircut. She has an entire attitude problem. I’m just glad I didn’t have to encounter her this time, I probably would have had I not decided to drive off when they asked me to switch lines
