I undertook the costs of having it replaced. Surely, that wouldn't happen two times in a row, right? Well, guess what. Within minutes of pulling out of the business, my shield underneath was dragging on the ground. They denied my claim. I just, two days ago, paid $498.84 to have it replaced. Never, ever again. This was the one in Tates Creek Center. (I picked one star simply because I had to; it's 0 stars for me)
