Each person that’s worked on my car has done so efficiently and has made sure to explain everything to me in layman’s terms (I appreciate this very much as a stereotypical girly who knows nothing about cars and perpetually hits curbs, lol). My recent visit was to replace one of my light bulbs. Unfortunately I had a wiring issue and a bulb replacement wasn’t going to fix my problem. CJ and Craig explained my next steps to me and even offered a complimentary oil top off for my troubles. Craig provided me with a mechanic recommendation in the case that my usual mechanic can’t fix the issue either. I’m so grateful for the employees here and their patience with me whenever I pester them with simple car questions. The guys that worked on my vehicle were CJ, Craig, Josh, Tony, and Benny. They deserve a raise, or at least a little Christmas bonus 😉
