(Fast forward to today when I’m ready for another oil change) Came to my local dealership to find out the bolt to filter out old oil was tightened so much that the threading was literally broken and falling off. Although it didn’t cause immediate issues, it’s low quality work for a high quality price tag. Giving them 2 stars because they were kind and could be blissfully unaware of the issue they’re causing their customers. Hopefully sharing my experience will save someone else the headache of repairing this piece.
