They had already taken the tires off my vehicle when they let me know of the issue so I was backed into a corner. Rather than suggest a tire that fit what I was looking for that would likely have to be rescheduled for another appointment, they offered lesser options they had on site so they could make that money and get me out the door. They told me that the tires I picked out in a rush were 3 peak winter certified. They are not. Plus, they also managed to pocket the $200 deposit that they made me put down on the tires they couldn't install. They did not apply it to the goods and services that they did render. Stay away from these crooks. Go across the street to Big O.
