  Thanks for the great service today. Came in with a road hazard destroyed tire a half an hour before closing time and crew got new tire installed and out the door in under an hour!

  I came here alone with a flat tire that I had filled up with air just to make it there. I booked an appointment to have my tire looked at, but that did not happen. I had a service tech come look at my tires, telling me nothing was wrong. Then a supervisor came and just said my “tires were dry rotted” and tried to sell me new tires, seeing I was alone, once I called my dad the supervisor stopped trying to sell me new tires. I ended up just driving home afterwards to have my dad look at it, and I ended up having a 2 inch RUSTY NAIL in my tire. I felt extremely taken advantage of by these employees. Just because I’m a college girl doesn’t mean you can ignore the issue I’m presenting to attempt to get me to buy tires. I’m very lucky I even made it home. Absolutely horrible service. If you’re a college girl, please just don’t go here. They could care less about what you need and just what your wallet can offer. If anything go to a different location.

  I had a nail in my tire. The dealership I use for service was closing soon, so I went to Tire Discounters on Nicholasville Road in Lexington, Kentucky, as they were very close to where I was at the time. I was greeted by Nick Eudy as soon as I walked in the door. He was professional, courteous, kind, and attentive. I waited in the lobby for my tire to be fixed, having conversations with him about vehicles, tires, and even our children. He was very busy, but took the time to provide me with unsurpassed, quality customer service! He even called my home this morning to make sure our drive home went well and to let me know that if I ever needed anything else, the business was there for me! I appreciate Tire Discounters and Nick for taking such remarkable care of me and my tire!

  I have found my tire place! My family has gone here for years and over the past year I have brought two vehicles to them. Prices were affordable and the people that work there are friendly and helpful. If you're considering this tire shop you should go for it

  I am disappointed in the major “scare” and upsell tactics these guys laid on my college aged daughter today. She had a flat tire last night and went in to get a free replacement with the road hazard warranty I purchased when I got the 4 new tires from them. They told her they couldn’t get that exact tire and because of that she should purchase two new front tires instead - then they told her that she has a “crooked” tire and her alignment was off (even though there was no vibration while driving and no pull of the steering wheel) and then told her she needed rear brakes. We declined all their offers and just wanted the single front tire replaced. They kept asking her if she was sure and that she could be left STRANDED if she didn’t do these repairs … because she declined an alignment and rear brakes??? THIS is unacceptable And I will consider moving services for my 8 vehicles elsewhere!!! I don’t mind paying to keep my vehicles serviced and safe in the road but to tell my 21 year old daughter she could be “STRANDED” if she didn’t perform this alignment and brake work this morning is completely unacceptable - they are pressured to upsell and reach minimum sales each day and THAT does not work for me .. I HATE not trusting my service centers. I have two stars because they did fix the tire quickly once she finally got thru all the sales tactics.
