Only suggested I buy better quality tires (mine were for a seldom-used third car). That was just in the form of a professional recommendation. And when I said "no", no one pushed the issue or pressured me. Professional and courteous in every respect.

Michael was one of the tech who helped with my vehicle and upon arriving and bringing my nailed tire in he offered to take the tire for me so I didn’t have to continue to roll it to the front door.
