If I could give 0/5 I would. Absolutely pitiful service and I will never go back here again. Spent 2k on tires and an alignment but always felt unsteady on the interstate. Could never get the camber in green on the alignment sheet and was only off by a few decimal place. On the third alignment after feeling unsteady on the interstate they tell me my alignment pins are missing and that I had caused them to fall out when they were the ones who had done all my alignment work. Said they would fix it for $300 when I can do it myself for 1/4 of the price. Get the brand new krytonite cam bolts ($100) out when replacing the pins and see that the threads are mangled, washers are bent and rounded out presumably from them cranking on the bolts trying to get the alignment in the green. I realize no wonder the pins fell out from them beating on my truck. Put new pins in anyways since I was already there and took it back for hopefully the last time. Show them the damage I found, all I wanted was to be reimbursed for new washers. Guy at the desk tells me it’s definitely my fault for messing them up and he will not reimburse the parts. Ask him why he wouldn’t have mentioned he could not align it first time if they were messed up and he says a guy who has no idea about that type of steering alignment was doing the first two jobs on my truck(why would I want someone who doesn’t know what their doing working on the steering on my truck??). Ask him why he doesn’t think the new guy could’ve messed up the parts by cranking on the bolts/pins when trying to align it the first two times (same new guy who also left my tie rod loose), says no and that it’s my fault and I need to pay for everything. The guy is acting like I’m clueless as to how to put a bolt and washer together when the other 3/4 were perfectly fine? If you have both time and money to burn, and you want it done right maybe the 4th or 5th time this is definitely your place!

Wonderful service and great pricing. Chris is always super helpful. He convinced me to get the tire warranty on my new tires 6 weeks ago. Today I had a nail in the side of the tire and it needed to be replaced! Thanks to Chris I have a warranty and it’s being replaced no issue. I would highly recommend this store and asking for Chris.

Took a tire and a rim there and just needed them to put the tire on the new rim. They said it would take 45 minutes, didn’t hear from them for 2 hours so i reached back out. Said it was next in line and would be done soon. Called back 3 1/2 hours later and it still wasn’t done. Ended up showing up 4 hours later and they were just getting started when they saw I was there to pick it up. Took them 15 minutes start to finish, but I had to wait a total of 4 and a half hours.

Pulled up at 8am first thing in the morning needing a simple 5 minute nail in my tire plugged, they proceed to tell me there are 3 other people in front of me that apparently had appointments, there were 4 workers total and not a single one even bothered to help try to plug the deflating tire potentially leaving me stranded, a 5 minute procedure was turned into them trying to upsell me an entire tire. I came for a simple thing. They could have easily gotten this done and continued their work. They then said to wait till the other customers are done. I waited 2 entire hours before leaving and finding a much more COMPETENT AND EMPATHETIC shop with people who were able to get my tire plugged and me back on the road in under 20 minutes for only $20 This shop is a pathetic excuse for a business. Not a single soul with empathy or the common sense to do a very simple fix. Literally go ANYWHERE other than here for ANY KIND of car work. This place actually made me lose even MORE faith in humanity. Pathetic.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
