They told me my car was not there. Asked if I had the right store. They saw I made an appointment but did not know where my car was. They finally found my keys in the drop box and my car out front. I told them I wanted to pick up my car and take it somewhere else. They said they could get it done in 30 min and I could pick it up at 3:30. I told them it was crazy they lost my car.

Chris was incredible—despite it being only 30 minutes before closing, he was patient, kind, and super helpful. He made sure I got a new tire before they closed, which saved me from a stressful night. I’m so thankful to Chris and the entire team for going above and beyond. Their customer service is outstanding! I’ll gladly drive the extra hour to get my tires here from now on. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and caring employees!
