    Do not rent vehicles at the Lexington Airport unless you want a headache. All the brands there are terrible. National has really fallen off since 2020 and apparently making no attempt to have their service on par with what it once was.

    I’ve rented cars from Enterprise many times across the United States, and I’ve never had any issues before. The service was always good and professional, and I was always satisfied. Today, however, I came to the Lexington airport to rent a car and had a completely unacceptable experience. This location has now moved under National, and it was there that this situation occurred. An employee assumed that I was associated with another person whom they considered problematic for some reason. I don’t know what they were discussing internally, but they grouped me together with that person and denied me service without checking my account, my history, or who I am at all. I consider this an unacceptable refusal of service based on an invented assumption that resulted from ignorance and poor judgment. What made the situation worse is that the manager supported the employee’s decision, even though she was not present during the incident. She came in, looked at me, and immediately said, “No, we decided this,” without any attempt to understand the situation or verify the facts. I honestly don’t know whether this kind of attitude is related to the fact that this is no longer Enterprise but National, or whether the managers are now from that company. It’s unclear who is responsible at this point. However, I strongly want Enterprise or National — whoever is in charge now — to look into this situation and address it properly. Until someone responsible contacts me and speaks with me directly, I will not do business with this company again. Ситуацию усугубило то, что менеджер поддержала решение сотрудника, хотя даже не присутствовала при конфликте. Она просто подошла, посмотрела на меня и сразу сказала: «Нет, мы так решили», не пытаясь разобраться или проверить факты. Я не знаю, связано ли такое отношение с тем, что это теперь не Enterprise, а National, или с тем, что менеджеры уже из другой компании. Сейчас вообще непонятно, кто за что отвечает. Но я хочу, чтобы руководство Enterprise или National — кто бы из них сейчас ни был ответственным — разобралось в этой ситуации. До тех пор, пока со мной не свяжется ответственный представитель и не пообщается со мной лично, я больше не планирую пользоваться услугами этой компании.

    Thought we'd need a car to get to the airport due to a real early flight. Booked with National to do this at a good rate. Due to air flight changes, we switched the car rental to the end of our latest trip. The National web site made the change without issues and maintained our rate. Everyone at the Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, KY was efficient and pleasant (and National/Alamo was the only car rental operation at the airport with an attendant in the car rental return garage.) All reservation information was maintained and correct online and we handling the paperwork electronically. We have been primarily using National for any pre-or-post trip needs and have already scheduled them for our next trip. When a company delivers good service, rates, and product, why change?
