They do great paint work but their execution is not good. I was in a fender bender and a new front door was needed. They told me 10 days. 4 weeks later I got my convertible back. It looked beautiful but when I drove it there was so much wind noise that wasn’t there prior to the accident. I took it back 4 times for them to get it right. It would maybe get a pinch better a time or two but sometimes it was worse. The guy who managed my car told me “sometimes people are a bit overly sensitive when they get their car back.” That really pissed me off and I didn’t go back. I took my convertible to James and had to fight with State Farm to pay out more money and I had to pay out some money too. James is not contracted for repairs with State Farm. The wind noise is gone now.
