I have used this collision center in the past and had a good experience, so when I had a not-at-fault accident, even though this facility is over 30 minutes away from me, I knew I had to use them. This is my first real accident so I was unsure of the process — insurance wise. I had set up a claim with my own insurance company, and got an estimate with Tyler at Kentucky Collision. I am so thankful I did. He in no way was giving me insurance advice, but he let me know that people normally go through the at-fault party’s insurance. At that point I called back my own insurance company to find out if I did go through with a claim, my rate would go up even though it wasn’t my fault. If Tyler hadn’t educated me on my options I would have ended up spending a lot more money and I couldn’t be more thankful. I also have to give a shout out to John, the Area Manager, who stood by his employees when my insurance company lashed out. This only heightened my trust for Kentucky Collision because at the end of the day, they would have gotten paid. Either way an insurance claim would have been filed. But they went a step further to make sure their customers were completely taken care of. Lastly, I have to give thanks to their fabulous front desk staff, Brittany. She is so sweet, helpful, and welcoming! Over all, I will use Kentucky Collision any and every time I have a body issue with my car. Their staff is amazing.
