I specified what I needed done when scheduled. Never asked what kind of car, what my name was for the appointment, etc. Staff is rude. They don’t want to be there, or want extra work. Scheduling system is insufficient. Don’t go here. I went to Jiffy Lube on Lane Allen and had it done the same day, without an appointment, and they were nice as could be.
- RHron henthornOct 15, 20251.0My daughter went there asking about a possible out of balance or alignment problem only to have a guy guy come out, poke at her tires, telling her he didn't see a problem, noticed she had a low tire and telling that was probably the problem and didn't even try and put air in it. And tried to tell her it was cheap tires probably causing it. Did nothing else to even try and help her.
