  I just bought a new car, but yesterday I noticed I ran over a screw. I called during my lunch break today and they had availability, so I went in. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a patch. The staff was super friendly, and I will be back if I need anything else! Thank you!

  Excellent service, esp in an emergency sitch. Went above and beyond to get me back on the road, and the advisor even checked to see if any warranty was available to help resolve my issue. After discovering that there was a warranty in effect, it reduced my bill by half and I was back on the road quickly!

  I started coming here after a flat tire, 2 in a week. Christopher and that staff at the Nicolasville road location have been so attentive and helpful. I have made this my permanent location for my vehicle.

  I had an appointment at the Boston Road location in Lexington for Saturday 2/28 at 7:30am. I made the appointment a couple days in advance. The appointment was confirmed. I showed up at 7:20 and waited until 7:30 to go to the door. The lights were off and the door was locked. I waited until 7:40 and decided to call another location to get an appointment. Luckily the nicholasville location had availability and they were able to help me. I called the Boston road location at 8 to let them know that I had gone elsewhere and a mechanic answered and apologized saying that they had no manager or office worker present. I’ve had weird interactions with past front desk employees at the Boston road location but the nicholasville location has been great.

  I had such a great experience at Ken Towery’s Tire & AutoCare. They made it incredibly quick and easy to schedule an appointment, and they fixed my flat tire right away. What really made my day was finding out the repair was free of charge — especially after the initial stress of dealing with a flat tire. The team was efficient, kind, and professional from start to finish. Huge bonus points for being open on a Sunday! I highly recommend their services and will absolutely be back in the future.
