Thankfully, I was able to (very slowly) make my way to this Ken Towery’s Tire & Auto Care. I came in and explained the situation to a kind gentleman (I think one of the co-owners?), and instead of trying to upsell me on a new tire, he reassured me that they could patch it up. His honesty was such a relief; I don't know anything about tires and such so I feel very lucky that he was kind enough to take care of us. He even had one of his team members help me get my spare tire on so I wouldn’t be stranded there with my kids. I showed up the next day and his team got the patched up tire back on and sent us along :) It’s been a few months now, and the patched tire has held up perfectly with zero issues. The gentleman and his team also refused to accept any money for these gestures, so again, I emphasize: they are an honest and generous business. I’m incredibly grateful for their straightforward, caring service. I haven't needed any other services for my car recently, but I’ll certainly only be taking my business to them and will always endorse their services. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of honest auto care :)
