We have made appointments multiple times and have driven over 30mins to get there just to find out something is broken and they cant work on any vehicles that day. The guy that runs the place is to lazy to let their customers know and always has a scrappy attitude. My wife and I will never go back to this location. The one on Nicholasville Rd is far better.

My wheel bearing went out while coming around man o war and my tire about came off which destroyed rotor, caliper, brakes and shaved the heads off the 3 wheel bearing bolts. Lucky I was next to Boston Rd and limped my truck and trailer in Ken Towerys and they took care of my truck and allowed me to leave my trailer in there parking lot. Very good people I appreciate there help.
