Both of my headlights went out and I had been scheduled to get the bulbs replaced at another provider. Turns out they couldn't accommodate my appointment so I headed home. I passed Jiffy Lube on the way and thought it was worth a shot to at least stop in and see if they could work me in. Fantastic decision! Rowan met me at my car, popped the hood and got right on it! Within minutes I had an estimate of the price, an estimate of the time and a visual of the parts that they would use to fix the problem. Nathaniel was really great about explaining the other services that are offered at this location as well as letting me know what can be done on a drive-up basis versus what might need to be scheduled. As a fantastic bonus, my job was completed by the time all my questions were answered. I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient plus the price was great. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Later after looking more found the oil seeping from the oil filter seal where canister was loose. If I hadn’t been putting oil in the car and checking levels, engine would had been ruined. Don’t take your car here folks.
