- BRBlake RoseDec 23, 20251.0I had to swap into 5 trucks in my first 8 days of running. Truck without a plate or registration. Truck with the box light stuck on. Came to work to a dead truck. Ignition lock cylinder spun in a complete 360. One that actually worked. My original truck once the plates came in. They also caused my insurance to shoot from 6k a year to 17k a year because they said they needed the loaner truck vin on the insurance. Turns out they didn't and the loaner truck would have been covered. I now have to get a new insurance policy. That cost me 900 dollars this morning. If you are thinking about renting...just don't. I would give negative stars if I could. They owe me about 2k currently.

The price was better than other places and assistant manager Jackie was courteous and professional. He walked me to the truck and explained everything. After I turned in the truck, I got a follow-up call from the manager. I will rent trucks here from now on.
