  I’ve rented cars from Enterprise many times across the United States, and I’ve never had any issues before. The service was always good and professional, and I was always satisfied. Today, however, I came to the Lexington airport to rent a car and had a completely unacceptable experience. An employee assumed that I was associated with another person whom they considered problematic for some reason. I don’t know what they were discussing internally, but they grouped me together with that person and denied me service without checking my account, my history, or who I am at all. I consider this an unacceptable refusal of service based on an invented assumption that resulted from ignorance and poor judgment. What made it worse is that the manager supported the employee’s decision, even though she was not present during the situation. She came in, looked at me, and immediately said, “No, we decided this,” without any attempt to understand or review the facts. I will not do business with people like this, and I do not plan to rent from Enterprise again until someone truly responsible contacts me and speaks with me directly. Я считаю это недопустимой ошибкой отказа клиенту в услуге на основании выдуманного предлога, возникшего из-за невежественных выводов. Более того, менеджер поддержала решение сотрудника, хотя она даже не присутствовала при ситуации. Она просто подошла, посмотрела на меня и сразу сказала: «Нет, мы так решили», не пытаясь разобраться. С такими людьми я больше не собираюсь иметь дело и не планирую больше арендовать автомобили в Enterprise до тех пор, пока со мной не свяжется ответственный представитель и не пообщается со мной лично.

  Caleb was great and very helpful. Smooth rental experience at LEX. Highly recommend this location. Avis at LEX is a nightmare from past experience. As the highest loyalty member at both, Enterprise at LEX will treat you better.

  UPDATE: After we returned the rental, I spoke to the manager, Jack, and he was very helpful in rectifying the issue. Honestly because of him, I would return again. So thank you! By far the worst experience with my time at enterprise. We will not be renting from you again. Me and my husband are headed out of town and within 1 hour of driving, the car started to lost power and acceleration. Going from 70mph, 40mph, 20mph. We were able to pull into a random trucking gas station. We called roadside assistance. We are supposed to the towed to the nearest enterprise but at this point we’ve been waiting for 3.5 hours. This happened at 5:30am and it is after 9am and we are still waiting for a tow truck and taxi/uber/etc to take us to the closest enterprise. When we called customer service, we were told we would be transferred to roadside assistance escalation team, just to find out there is no escalation team. I understand random inconveniences can happen, however the chain of command/communication between roadside assistance and customer service is horrible. And us as the customer are left in a frustrating position. We lost a day of travel and time from our planned trip.

  I had a difficult experience at another Enterprise location, but when I came here, Craig completely turned things around. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I left satisfied. He listened to the issues I had previously, took the time to explain my options clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Craig went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and I truly appreciate how he turned what had been a frustrating situation into a positive one. Thank you!!
