And the entire team was kind and supportive in the process of picking up + returning the vehicle —- making it all very smooth and rather stress-free. A shoutout to (I believe her name was) Abbey, who assisted us with the rental. She was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout. She ensured everything was handled as quickly as possible and even made sure we were comfortable while waiting for our ride after returning the vehicle. The rest of the staff was equally attentive and friendly. It was refreshing to encounter that level of welcoming professionalism and genuine care at a rental car company. Thank you to the entire Enterprise team for making the experience as seamless as possible!
