  ZERO STARS for Lexington, Ky location on Winchester Road! Matthew should be ashamed of himself! Biggest miscommunication I’ve ever had during a transaction in my life! Charged a bs fuel charge for week 1 and 2 when I renewed the rental the 1st week over the phone! So who at Enterprise put gas in the car because only my son did! Thought it was $712 total for 2 weeks rental and it turned out to be 1,378 for 2 weeks for the basic model car. On what planet is it almost 1,400 to rent a car for 2 weeks? I even recorded the phone call during renewal and asked if the 712 quote included the 300 refundable deposit and he says “ yes ma’am “ when in fact it did not include the 300 refundable part it was a full 712 for the 2nd week! At bare minimum Enterprise owes me the 300 for the mis-quote! Totally disgusted! Use Dollar Rentals at the Bluegrass Airport! Avoid Enterprise at all costs!! Never felt so robbed in my life! Then it was $15 dollars a day for the additional driver fee when I made it crystal clear there was Always to be 1 driver! Not to mention the total bs of 25 a day for being under 25 years of age so that’s 40 bucks a day already and it doesn’t even include the cost of the rental yet! Avoid Enterprise!!

  had a inconvenience with our first rental car but sam and matt where friendly, fast and professional they got us on the road speedy

  The location on Winchester road was totally unprofessional & rude. The fact that my whole interaction with this location was recorded because i was on the phone with customer service at the time (the rep even said that the people I was talking to at this location was not the way they should be conducting business nor should be the way they represent the enterprise brand) definitely would not be going back to the Winchester road location in lexington Kentucky

  The Winchester Road location in lexington, Ky was very rude and not helpful at all. The information that they told me was not true. After talking not only with costumer service multiple times and then to other locations I come to find out that everything that they told me was wrong unacceptable. I would never go back to that location ever again and NOT recommend anyone else to go to that location either. The management staff at that location needs some very much extensive training on not only rules and procedures but also customer service because they should treat EVERY customer with the same respect and professionalism as others and not pick & choose which customers they want to be nice to no matter their race, sex, ethnicity or disability.
