  Everyone including a young man name Christian were absolutely wonderful. I was having one of those days where nothing seemed to go right and they were so patient and understanding. Probably more so than I would have been being in their position.

  cars smell like smoke and the location tries to jip you by saying it was low on gas when the needle was on full.

  Reserved and checked-in online, which made the actual pick-up a breeze. The gentlemen in the office were super polite and organized. 10/10 would recommend!

  The vehicle had been smoked in. When I picked it up I didn’t notice as there was so much air freshener sprayed in it. I was having to immediately drive to Georgia. So once I noticed the smell I was about an hour away. I also had to stop at my house to clean all of the windows on the inside as I couldn’t see out of them. When I stopped for gas I saw a huge cigarette burn hole in the drivers rear seat. My toddler complained the vehicle smelled every time we got in it. When I arrived to my family in Georgia I parked it with the windows rolled down for 3 days to try and air it out only to have their 3 car garage smell like an ashtray. I had to was all of the blankets and coats I brought once I got there. And again when I got home. When I got back to KY I had to borrow a car from the dealership I worked at and leave the rental parked for 2 days because the smell was unbearable and I couldn’t leave anything in it including my sons car seat. I had to wash and steam clean my child’s car seat to get the cigarette smell out of it. Then to top it off. The day the vehicle was due back the employee at the location I rented from called me and reminded me it was my last day on the rental that my car repair warranty would cover. I asked him what time they closed. He stated 6. I told him I’d be there after work around 5. I then show up at 5:15 and get told I won’t get my deposit back because I didn’t “return” the ashtray back at 1:30 even though I was never told that from the jump, or when they called me to remind me to drop the car off. So a rental that was supposed to be complimentary to my $4000 car repair I’m already getting, ended up costing me $70 I wasn’t expecting. So no I’m not satisfied at all. And will ride a bike before I get in another enterprise car.
