I tried to go inside getting a little bit Help and they were completely condescending pretentious, and honestly super rude. This employee just told me no we can’t and won’t work on your car when all I was asking is for a little help to patch up my window Before I needed to drive on the interstate with it raining outside. I would’ve bought tape or something and literally just needed some assistance with making sure that the rain doesn’t soak my car. Instead of being professional or just lending a kind hand, he was very pretentious about it and made sure to let me know. No, we will not help you. We are not kind. I may have said some words as I was leaving, but he acted very unprofessional exchanging words back

Customer service has always been top notched. Thanks for being reliable!! Updated: I also want to make clear that ANY store is Only As Good As The Employees that run it!! The richmand Autozone would not be what it is without the amazing crew they have! Hey Autozone, lets give some credit to those acually running the store!!! If not publicly, do it with thier bank account! These folks deserve it!
