The people who work here are terrible. Called in to find out if they have fuses and a relay in stock was told that without seeing it they can't help me with it at all. My fiance went up with pictures of the fuse and the guy acted like he still didn't want to help at all. Didn't try to look anything up on the computer and just told my fiancé I would have to come up with the physical fuse that he had already seen multiple pictures of. Just say you are ready to close without saying you are ready to close

I had a slight complication with the warranty on an item. While technically they didn't have to fix the issue, the manager was very proactive in making sure that they stand behind their products and service. She went above and beyond in order to make everything right. I was impressed and she has earned my loyalty as a customer. Auto Zone is lucky to have her.(I think Kari is her name).

It won't let me post with no stars. I bought a rear wiper blade for my car. Had the employee put it on. The whole thing fell off in less than a week and they won't replace it because I can't produce the damaged part. Shop here at your own risk. Last time I'll come here.

Tim was so helpful and enjoyable to work with as he changed my battery. Then when the alternator I purchased was bad he brought it management attention for a fair resolution. A rare extra mile approach to customer service in these times!
