- THTrent HurlburtNov 10, 20255.0Ever wake up on a crisp winter morning to find that the car wont start, and it barely took a jump? Yea? Well that's what we woke up to unfortunately.... Thankfully I ran into Joshua Caldwell this morning because he was a big help. Most people would probably just think to themselves "it's below 32 degree's I'm not going outside. They can figure it out", but he had no problem swapping out the battery regardless of how cold it was. Josh thanks for the help this morning! My family appreciates it I go to this store pretty much weekly for other supplies and they are always willing to help. Highly recommend this store!
- CACarrie AustinOct 28, 20251.0I went in to get a drivers side windshield wiper, there was 2 guys working, an older gentleman and a younger gentleman with a beard, I stood in line for about 10 minutes, they were kind of busy, the older gentleman told the younger guy to take his break, he said he would stay and help with the line, a woman broke the line and got 2 wipers, I asked if they could put mine on, they said NO, they were too busy, so I said ok fine, I will go where someone needs my business, there’s 3 parts stores 5 minutes down the road, the guy walked out with the other woman and put hers on! I was parked right beside her, it only takes about 30 seconds to do it, but I just didn’t know how to do it, I won’t be back! Thanks for the wonderful customer service, that I didn’t get!
