- DSDallas SalisburyOct 26, 20251.0When an hour away from the airport I checked the registration and found it was not current. The company would neither send a new one nor deliver a car with a valid registration. In the future I will check this before I leave the airport.
- MWMalcolm WarfieldOct 18, 20251.0Don't reccommend. Worst rental car experience i have EVER had. I recently had a RESERVATION for a luxury sedan 2025 BMW/Audi. But, at the time of delivery, I was given a 2020 Mazda SUV, while still being charged the same rate. I needed a receipt that showed which vehicle I was given, but I never received one. The only receipt available in the Alamo app shows the total amount I paid for a luxury vehicle, without any details about the actual car. So I basically got screwed out of money.

To make matters worse, only two days later I received an email informing me that the vehicle needed an oil change and asking me to visit your offices for a swap. This situation put my safety at risk, as I had been provided with a car that was not properly maintained. This experience is completely unacceptable from a company of Alamo’s size and reputation.
