They also used to honor the military with a "military discount." While it showed it on the screen, there was no discount applied, and the manager was unwilling to rectify it. And, amazingly, she was ruder when I asked her to help adjust the price and claimed there was nothing she could do. The other employee made a face behind her, letting me know that this attitude and treatment is par for the course with this manager. We have 7 cars that we USED TO service from this store. No more. Best of luck to you at this place.
