Asked if they rented them guy said "I dont know." Then I asked if there was a autozone near by guy said " i dont know." Ne er once came from behind the counter to help, never once looked on the computer to see if they rented the 02 sensor wrench and didn't know shit. Same guy a couple weeks prior my girlfriend drove my friends car up there to get a diagnostic run on it and he told her he cant do it because in order to do it he had to take parts off the vehicle to hook the reader up lmao its literally under the steering column. These boys are lazy that was there today and shouldn't be working in customer service.
