The manager Josh is absolutely unprofessional, rude, clearly doesn’t know how to do his job given my wife having to go out of her way to ANOTHER autozone where they so easily found what we were trying to return. My wife requested the manager pull video footage of our purchase, he refused. Why? Idk, maybe bc he is full of it! Yeaaaa. But, what that “so called” manger doesn’t know is we have camera footage of our own that will place time and date to receipt (in which my wife presented receipt of purchase) of her driving in with new battery purchased and her placing purchased battery to return as that was not the issue with the car. Josh has been rude to my wife on MORE than one occasion. And to be honest, I am HIGHLY frustrated because she is pregnant at that, which means added stress for absolutely no reason whatsoever given the receipt provided and her willingness and wanting for the camera footage to be pulled is not good for baby. Is not good for Husband! Bc Husband is REALLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY TICKED OFF!!!!! This man owes my wife an apology in person face to face and owes me an apology face to face to come to the realization that you don’t treat people however you please. Respect gets you way further in life. If you guys are looking for a manager, however, do hit me up! I will gladly change the dynamic of that store for you and have references!
