- CWCynthia WilliamsSep 3, 20251.0The enterprise employees so not show up till sometime around 930am suppose to be open at 9 am.. it's in Dan Powers Chevrolet and the employees there said they sometimes don't show up till 1030. The enterprise people put a sign on their office door say they're out back washing cars. But if you go out back there's no one there. And when they finally show up they say they were late because they had to drive from Owensboro, Ky; which is straight down two parkway. I think enterprise needs to hire someone from Leitchfield, Ky or start holding employees accountable by clocking in on the computer. I can't show up late for work.

- JMJody MercerAug 29, 20251.0If I could give 0 starts I would! I paid $739 dollars to rent a car for the weekend for my vacation. Literally drove the car to my son's which was maybe a mile. Gave the grandbaby lovens before we headed out, and pulling out of his parking lot a gentleman backed into us. I called and they said they could get me in something else. When we got there they wanted about $700 more dollars to give me another car. They say they are gonna refund me $179, but I'll believe it when I see it. They also charged me $430 for the accident that isn't my fault. The officer stated we were not at fault. I literally had the car for 1 hour! Now I am out not only the money for the rental, but my hotel room and concert tickets that I'm not going to see. This is the worst company ever! I will never give them another dime and no one i know will either! They ruined my vacation and costed me a ton of money!
