- HHH5 days ago5.0I was overdue for an oil change after a fall break road trip- quickly drove by today and saw no wait at this location! I also needed a break light replaced and air in my tires. I was greeted, asked what I needed and service began within minutes. I really appreciated them listening and offering other services without being pushy or coming off like they had to make a sale. Everyone at this location is extremely kind and knowledgeable. John also helped me to reset my oil change reminder!! This is a small detail that got an annoyance out of my way each time I start my car. I’m extremely pleased- fast, kind, knowledgeable and safe service environment from the customer point of view. I’ll make this my routine place as long as this team is here!

They have changed out out once before I mentioned and they said they needed smaller fingers and could not do it. So we went to Lawrenceburg location. John new exactly what to do and took care of it!!! 5 stars for you John and Lawrenceburg Location!!!
