Walked in there told these 2 guys what was happening and they had gotten me in right away and by 20-30 minutes i was on the road again. Additionally since my car was so old they just waived the charge so I didn’t have to pay, and left a very happy customer.
- DEDustin EdensFeb 23, 20261.0Wayne at Lagrange ky tried to upsale a new set of tires even though mine had roughly 7/12 tread left and was almost exactly 1 year old and maybe 8-10 k miles on them also 1 had a small hole dead center of tread the reason we brought it in and said he couldn’t boot it. So he sold me a new tire which was way overpriced. I have been a loyal customer however with sales must be commission. I may have to find somewhere else. “ 20” cooper whatever Type tire “ please advise if you can do something to make up for this visit.
