    For one I only had a flat tire nothing more so no need for my hood to be open yet for some reason my hood was popped and opened and I didn’t realize til I was BACK ON THE HIGHWAY going 65+ then I noticed my hood was shaking. Knowing that wasn’t normal I then was able to see to the highway from under my hood. Meaning they for some reason looked under my hood ? That almost leaning me to crash because of his careless work ethic and detail. Also for my flat they’ve fixed it but as soon as I started driving off, I started to hear a noise and somehow whenever they were fixing it, they had bent something to where it started rubbing on my tire, so I had to rip that off after paying them almost $200. They also tried to get me to buy more tires telling me my two other tires were completely low and bald when they were nowhere close.

    Had this location perform 100K mile service on my Honda Pilot, which I have owned and maintained since new. $1700 which included timing belt kit replacement (tensioner, belt, water pump). After 2 years, the engine developed a loud knock. Inspection by another shop found the timing belt disintegrating and the tensioner was failing. Calling Ken Towery’s and referencing my previous work order number, they were unable to tell me what parts/manufacturer were used. When I stated a timing belt should last much longer than 2 years, they stated it was outside the warranty period and there was nothing they could do. After inspecting the parts they appeared to be sub-OEM quality. Attached pictures show pieces of the timing belt as it was coming apart. Also, the wrong color anti-freeze was used for a Japanese vehicle. The front line staff is very friendly, as a positive.
