- TBTJ BothurNov 14, 20252.0Brought my truck in for a vibration. Ended up needing 6 new tires. Since my tpms had been out for almost 2 years on one wheel, I brought a Mopar sensor to be installed. Picked my truck up and they hadn't replaced it because "the tpms tool read all the sensors" even though it still wasn't showing on the dash. Had to wait another hour for them to take the wheel back off and install the sensor. Then was told by the tech "I don't know how much air is supposed to go in these tires" even though there is a sticker on the door frame (80 front 65 rear) the front tires were at 68 and 74, and the rear tires were 62, 71, 76, and 79. Not only were they not the right pressures, but they weren't even the same. To top it off, the balance job was so bad it was worse than when I brought it in requiring yet another trip to get them balanced. It clearly wasn't tested after the initial balance. The tech that did the final balance was awesome, and he's probably the only one ill let work on it again.
