They are knowledgeable about the rental services & explain the expectations of the rental agreement well. If any questions are presented. My rentals were always scheduled online or over the phone usually 3 weeks out & the car was ready to go each time. Tidy, clean & ready to go. During rental returns, a ride home was offered both times. Great job enterprise for taking care of the customers in you're area.
