I will honestly NEVER stop here for diesel when going through Kentucky ever again! Fuel was fine, but the lady, Sharon was her name, working the counter was hateful in the extreme. Walked in around 7:00 AM because, as happens entirely too often with Pilot locations, the mobile fuel app wasn't working. There was a gentleman already at the counter dealing with Sharon, who she was also being rude to, and made him go back out to his truck three times to verify what his trailer number was. Each time he told her the same number, but she very rudely told him that wasn't right because it wouldn't authorize his fuel purchase. Finally when he said it very slowly, and she put it in correctly which was the problem the entire time, it went through. Then when I walked up she ask me the same questions truck#, trailer#, trip#. I gave her all of them, but after four attempts of her incorrectly inputting what I was telling her, she told me to slow down because I was saying my truck number too quickly for her to get it. After saying it again slowly, and Sharon still getting it wrong, she looked at me and told me "Don't get smart with me!" To which I told her that I wasn't the one who started having attitude in the first place. Now I'm not stupid enough to think that my one fuel purchase could make, or break, a company the size of Huck/Pilot, but one thing truckers are good at is talking. So when I called the five other trucks in our fleet, who were running the same route as me but were about 45 minutes behind me, and told them to not get fuel there because of how Sharon acted I'm sure that the Love's they all stopped at appreciated Sharon's behavior. Bottom line Sharon's attitude this morning at a minimum cost this location at least $3000-$4000 in fuel sales, and considering that we all drive for a fleet that has nearly 9000 drivers nationwide, and this same information was certainly shared on our internal social media page, well I don't know what the math would show, but that's the accountants job. I don't care if anything is done, or not, but for my part I will NEVER stop here again.

The restroom was very clean. There was a lot to look at. This was my first visit to a Huck's and I was pretty impressed. It wasn't overly busy at the time lime some places. There were things that you wouldn't expect to find in a travel stop. I noticed they even had pet care items. There were hot food items and cold to go items as well. A good selection of hot, cold and frosted beverage selections. I definitely want to stop in again when I have more time to look around better.

Staff is really friendly here, they make fresh breakfast sandwiches in-house, showers are cleaned and plenty of parking. Pilot diesel pumps, points can be spent inside, drivers can use shower credits, but no pints will be earned on purchase made inside. Great spot to stop for travelers and truckers too.
