- MMMal6 days ago5.0I don't normally review chains like Valvoline, but I'm making an exception. I pulled up today because they happened to be not busy. I have never been to this location and usually don't even use Valvoline. These dudes were amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable. Explained a few very important things to me about transmission fluid. And just wow. I'm so impressed I decide a review is the least I can do. I might actually trek out here to come back to this one! And I actually felt like all my services were at a very reasonable price.

They were so consumed with replacing it, and having issues, that they neglected to change my oil and just filled my car WITH DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF OIL! I didn’t notice and they said if I had any issues, to bring it back. I barely made it home, lost my 3rd cylinder and now my car hasn’t been the same. They have resisted helping me fix it and will not call me back. I’ve never had any issues out of Valvoline, but I will never go back again! And they had the audacity to say to my face that all I wanted was a top off. BS. I’m a widowed mother of a three-year-old just trying to make ends meet and now having major car issues because of their negligence. I’m getting an attorney.
