So we look under the van and see oil. Called cbus shop and they had a “uh oh” moment. They reached out to a local vavoline, being this one to redo the oil change and they wouldn’t. Ultimately, they Couldn’t figure my oil filter was loose. Suggested, us to not drive the car and call a tow. They would have solved our issue had they redone the oil change. This Caused us to go to a mechanic where we just laughed at vavoline for a bit. Thanks guys.

Teddy and the other guys were all very friendly, professional and attentive. Teddy made sure that my car's maintenance was up-to-date and made suggestions for what was needed. The guys worked quickly, but accurately, and I was pleased for a job well done. I'd recommend this location to everyone.
