  Kenny Hinton has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We purchased my husband's SUV from him about a year ago, and his customer service didn't stop after the sale. Even now, if we have any issues, he continues to help us. His communication is always great, and he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend working with Kenny!

  I’m embarrassed to even give this one star. This is by far the absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. My car was at the dealership for 134 days before I got it back. Now some of that was waiting on parts, but it hadn’t been wrote up or looked at for over a month. Even after calling a couple weeks later I was told “it’s on the rack, we’re just taking pictures to send in to Honda”. Then finally was told it hadn’t been wrote up the first month it was there. Then while it was there, my car was broken into and the battery stolen. They did make that right and put a new one in. The service manager was the only one that tried to help. Jeremy is who kept telling me “it’s on the rack” lying to me. Even tried to get him to price me extra work for them and he couldn’t even do that. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else
