- DMDylan Moore4 days ago1.0Waited almost 3hrs for an alignment and then once everything was done dude test drove it and came back and absolutely curbed my $3000 rim and just said “my bad man” 😂 told dude at the counter and he said “aww that sucks man sorry to hear that” they didn’t care at all.

Blaine in the front office so kindly and clearly communicated with me to ensure my understanding of the plan. Now that I am back to have my tire replaced Victor the shop manager is managing a customer who does not seem understand workflow of business. Victor is actively listening to the customer and providing calm and clear communication in the face of willful ignorance.
