  After receiving truly great customer care at the Independence, KY location, I felt compelled to share the experience I had with Mitchell, the service manager- he is exceptional! From the moment I reached out, he demonstrated professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping me. I had a lot of questions about the service I was looking for and wasn’t even sure where to begin. Every question was addressed clearly, every concern was taken seriously, and every step of the process was communicated with transparency. I was highly impressed by his ability to turn what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, reassuring experience. Mitchell’s attention to detail and dedication to resolving my issue quickly and correctly showed not only expertise but true customer-first service. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines technical understanding with such warm, attentive support. I’m extremely grateful for the outstanding service I received and highly recommend speaking with Mitchell for anyone looking for top-tier customer care. Thanks Mitchell!   Tonia & Kyle were absolutely amazing! Had our vehicle towed in with 2 flats from a pot hole. While examining the rims during tire replacement it was noted a rim was cracked & not able to be saved. Tonia worked for 2 days to locate a rim with no luck but in turn we ended up purchasing 4 new tires and new rims all around. She updated all thru out the process and after learning my father, owner of said vehicle was a veteran, she attached a discount. This is our second vehicle that we have taken here and will continue going back & suggesting to others!!! Job well done by all!!!

  I have always received excellent service from the Independents KY location. I had an issue with my Granddaughters car, they replaced the thermostat as needed but engine light came on two days later. They told me to bring it back in at no cost to me. They ordered a new thermostat from Hyundai and installed it. Three days later the engine light came on again. Tonia (manager) told me to bring it back in, they spent several hours testing the thermostat at no cost to me. This was a much deeper issue that needed to be fixed at the Hyundai dealership. I just wanted to give a shout out to the Independents KY Tire Discounters team and Tonia Tucker for trying so hard to troubleshoot my car issue. Thanks again!!

  I would like to write a review about Tonia Grey, the manager of the Tire Discounters in Independence Ky. I had two seperate issues I was dealing with and each time that I explained the details to Tonia, she listened and offered the safest professional advice to each situation. Tonia treated my daughter and I with genuine respect and care. I was involved in a very serious car accident and my car was totaled. When I took ownership of my new car I did not feel safe with the tires that were on the car. Tonia was very impressive as she protected my daughter and I by advocating to the warranty company for the tires that I was wanting to put on my car based on my previous purchases and performance of the tires from Tire Discounters. Tonia is very knowledgeable about tires, cars, and is very concerned for the safety of people. The people who work in this store are very helpful. the work is performed with care. I am now The concern for the safety of my daughter and myself and the way we were treated at this store is why we will be customers for life and will never buy our tires anywhere else.   My husband took his Jeep here to have an oil change as well as tire rotation. He gets all of his maintenance as needed/ scheduled and typically goes here for that. Thursday evening the vehicle was ready for pick up. We picked it up brought it home. Friday morning he went to work and on his way home from work he pulled over as his friend noticed smoking and oil pouring out. Giant oil spots were then discovered in our driveway where he parked the night before as well as in the lot at work (friends had called him) when they noticed the large amount in the spot. He checked the oil and it was all gone! (Mind you this was not even 24 hours from service at tire discounters in which none of these issues happened prior to this) I immediately contacted Tire discounters where I spoke with Tonya she insisted on getting a tow truck to get the vehicle so they could inspect in and take photos. At this point I was concerned of what my husband would drive as he had to work the following morning. She stated until a claim was started they cannot help us with a rental or anything. I agreed that was fair and waited for a call to see what was going on. In the meantime Tonia called and said it was the oil cooler? So they say idk. Our friend who is a mechanic agreed that if it is this - One of the causes of this was over tightening of the cap. I contacted Tonia where she claimed this to be a common issue and I agreed this could be true however due to this happening to our vehicle less than 24 hours after the oil change at their location I found it hard to believe this was not their fault. Tonia then began to be extremely defensive! I told her that prior to this she was very kind but it was a flip of a switch where she said it is not their fault. WRONG. I asked for her manager so we could get this taken care of as my husband has to have a vehicle for work. She assured me that corporate would call and also Joe? This was Friday around 4pm. NO ONE has called us to follow up since! I called yesterday (Saturday) at 4pm and they advised that someone would call. Here we are Sunday morning with NO follow up call from ANYONE! So inconsiderate and rude as this is their fault and instead of owning up to their mistake to fix the issue. My husband is without a vehicle for work. I really hope they can make this right as this could simply be fixed but they choose to ignore the situation and could care less that they have inconvenienced and lost a great customer!!! We have been customers for years - oil changes, tire rotation and two sets of tires. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
