  How can my jeep go from oil change and tire rotation… pulling out stirring wheel not straight and oil light on, helper in lot and I ask what was wrong said should straighten out and he reset my oil light. Straighten out some thought it would be ok. Parked and drive Saturday with wired noise and pulling to the left ? Parked it took it in Monday as it barely made it. Said tyros damaged? Unsure how tha could happen with tire change? And being parked?

  Kyle was so helpful! We were 4 hrs from home when our tire went flat. Can’t beat their customer service!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Mitchell at Tire Discounters! He was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. He took the time to clearly explain what the issue was with my vehicle so I could fully understand what was going on, which I truly appreciated. It’s not often you find someone who combines knowledge with such excellent customer service. Because of his professionalism and kindness, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  I love this store. They've always been super awesome and helpful! I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a young single woman which is awesome. I've been here almost every time I've needed something ever since I've moved to Independence and have never had an issue. The staff is committed to getting me the best deal possible! (I can't remember the name of the nice woman who helped me with this during my most recent visit on 2/3 but she in particular was awesome about it) The waiting area is clean, the staff is extremely friendly. I called on a Thursday to schedule knowing I wouldn't get in til the following week and the staff actually apologized they couldn't get me in earlier which was unexpected but not in a bad way. Overall, I highly recommend them especially if you usually go to the much busier Ft Wright location, as it's a lot easier to get an appointment here and the service is just as great! (Worth noting, Ft Wright has not been my closest location since 2022 so this may have changed)

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Tonia at the Tire Discounters in Independence, Kentucky. I had an ongoing issue with my truck after ball joints were replaced at another location. I took it back multiple times, and it was extremely frustrating because something clearly wasn’t right and I was worried it could turn into a serious safety issue. After getting corporate involved, I was referred to the Independence store, and Tonia went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. She took my concerns seriously, stayed on top of the situation, and worked hard to make sure the problem was actually fixed. In the end, they warranted out the ball joints and found that the parts were bad — which ended up being the root of the issue the whole time. Tonia’s customer service, professionalism, and persistence were outstanding. She genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road, and I can’t thank her enough. If you need help and want a store that will go the distance, ask for Tonia at the Independence Tire Discounters.
