    I took my truck in To get an alignment and they said they couldn’t give me an alignment because I had four basketball joints. It just seems like that every time I go there they find a reason not to do the alignment.

    DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I would give them no stars and I would have an employee fired. How do you do a routine oil change and NOT put oil back in. And this is after, I was assured that I had one of the most reliable mechanics. And the store manager telling me that they "even" double checked it. 5 days ago, I had two running vehicles. Now, I have one. Livid.

    ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE! I went in to have a rear wheel assembly put on. They gave me an appointment for 8:00 am. As soon as I arrived, the mechanic went straight to work! No waiting! The job was done right the first time and reasonably priced! I’d give more stars if I could! Highly recommend these guys!

    Not once, but twice now, I have made an appointment for an oil change on a fleet van. I dropped it off when they opened, and returned an hour before they closed only to be told that they "didn't get to it today". I'm not ignorant of what likely occurred. I get that they worked in other, more profitable jobs at the expense of not only my time, but my family's time to shuttle me back and forth in another vehicle for nothing...that makes sense in the lens of making more money. But that's not how you run a business. At no point did they even call me. When I walked in, three mechanics were crowded around the front desk. When they saw me, I heard one say my company name and two of them departed to the back without saying a word - leaving the third to break the news to me. Completely unprofessional. Your owner should be embarrassed. If you have other options, I'd look elsewhere for service. Your vehicle and your time only matters as much as it will cost you.
