  Terrible service, we reserved a 6 seater vehicle online and when we arrive they said they dont have what we need. A waste of my time and ruined plans for my daughter's birthday

  Honestly, if I could give this 0 stars I would. We booked a reservation over the phone to pickup same night and after driving the 30 minutes to get the car, we were told the reservation was never put in. We booked a new reservation for noon the next day (today). Just before we were to head out to get the car, we were called and told they didn’t have a car and would call us when they had one. That doesn’t sound right to me, if a reservation is booked we get the car at that time. I called the customer service line and was told the area manager would find me a car and call me in an hour or so. I never got the call. I called back and was told they aren’t allowed to give estimated times so they weren’t sure why I got one, but that they’d escalate me to corporate and I’d hear back soon. I still haven’t heard back. So I call the Enterprise if booked with prior (after calling all other nearby locations and they’d had no availability) They said they had a car and booked me for 5:30pm. That makes no sense since they said they’d call when they had a car available, but whatever. It’s now time for me to go get the car again. I call in to make sure they actually have the car before making the 30 minutes drive this time and they basically call me a liar when I say that I called and booked with an agent this time and tell me they have nothing available until Monday. I just talked to the manager who made it seem like he was doing me a great service by trying to get me a car, caught an attitude and told me to come get the car, he found me one. There was to be 2 drivers for this car. My husband, who is paying for it with a credit card, and my sister. We had previously been told that only my husband would need the credit card. He told me both of them needed one. I, admittedly, got a bit frustrated and told him never mind, we’d load up our infant and her one year old and we’d take her on the 6.5 hour drive home ourselves and he hung up on me. To sum it up, if you don’t want to be disrespected and have your time wasted, don’t come here.

  Although Hoptown may be a smaller hub in terms of the availability for a large selection of Enterprise vehicles, nevertheless, the team there is dedicated to upholding excellent customer service. From Gabriel's warm welcome + Hailey's thoughtful call to check on potential need for extending the rental period to Manager Raymond's timely responsiveness and executive decision-making skills, I highly recommend leasing from this Enterprise office.

  A Saturday morning in a big city and the car rental place has NO vehicles available??? It's always something with enterprise The last time I couldn't get a car because I didn't have a water bill!! Seriously, get it together Enterprise!
