I went by there to get a diagnostic. They came outside in a very timely manner. And the plus is that I was even given a printout of what the codes showed what the issue was. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

This is probably the last time I'll go to any AutoZone especially this one in Hopkinsville, KY. I just bought a faulty headlight bulb and they refused to exchange it. The manager pretty much told me if it's faulty it's on me. Really?! Take my money on broken parts. They didn't even try to bring up my information or even look at my receipt. I had to go to a completely different autozone to exchange it and had no problem.
Me and everyone else are just better off going to Walmart or Amazon and any other local auto stores if they treat all of their customers like this.
