He made it 1000% stress free and easy. He is by far the best customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with at any company. I will absolutely recommend you all to anyone of my friends that need a rental solely because of how smooth and effective he was at his job.

( wipers , front and back were falling apart by the way ) it was on the inside !!!! I can't believe they allowed a car to leave the lot that nasty !! I went home and had to wash it myself. Totally grossed out because I have no idea what that was !!! I know I should have went back but I had already filled it up with gas and didn't want to have to get another one and fill it up too.. Ok .. Then I noticed a nocking coming from the back of the car . I go to turn it in and told the woman about it all .. she was extremely nice and offered a free upgrade next time I may need a rental but wanted me to give a 5 star rating !!! Really ????? I just can't do that in good conscience..I just can't . That car was filthy.. she was very sweet but I just couldn't do it . So if you're reading this I am sorry , but I can't do a 5 star , you all don't deserve it .
