Store said it was in the next city over and they could have it by opening the next day. Went to the store an hour after opening they still don’t have the part I need. It could take half the day. I have an appointment to get my car fixed and need this part. What the point of having order online and pick up if you’re not gonna follow thru on your end? I might loose my job because you geniuses can’t follow thru with an order online and get your heads out of your back sides to follow thru with it. Sending me a ready for pick up email when it’s not even in the store is also dumb. Terrible customer service and no wonder people go to oreillys. At least they say when they don’t have stuff . Didn’t get the part until almost two days later . Myself and my husband are very displeased espec Since this part was $215.
