  I had my truck towed to TLG Peterbilt in Hebron for repair. It was showing transmission fault codes on my dash. They sent me their diagnostic and said it needed a new transmission. I later found out that those codes were for contaminated air codes. They replaced the transmission when they actually should have cleaned the contaminated air first to see if this repaired the issue. I had my truck back after a new transmission for 1 day and my truck locked up on 75 south in the center lane and would not move. I had my truck towed back to TLG Peterbilt. They said my air compressor was pumping oil which caused my truck to shut down. This is the confirmation that my truck needed the air cleaned NOT a new transmission! They replaced the air compressor (under warranty). I got my truck back 5 days later. A day later my dash showed fault codes again. I took my truck to another shop and they found lots of sloppy work such as a coolant line laying on the exhaust, wiring left undone, and a bolt missing from my transmission (see pics). I contacted Russell, service manager at TLG Peterbilt to tell him what they found and sent him pics. He assured me that they would reimburse my repair bill from the other shop. He said they were resubmitting my repairs for warranty. It has been over 2 months and I have not received any form of reimbursement. I have asked Russell to send me a copy of his request to the warranty company but never received a thing. Russell does not return my calls. Istrongly feel that I should be reimbursed for a transmission that was not needed along with my time off from work and for the new bill from the shop that had to clean up the mess that TLG Peterbilt left my truck in.

  Amazing service, I called late with a bad Nox sensor and they told me to come on in. I was diagnosed and repaired in just a few hours and made my delivery the following morning on time.

  They charged me for truck software update in warrenty. Which supposed to be free and now my truck is showing all the warning lights. Which i never ever seen in 3 years. I went there for other issue.

  The NKY Shop always does a great job. They give realistic times to get you in to the shop and don't just tell you what you want to here. The parts dept is also just as amazing. Great place to do business with. Definitely have the right leadership and sales in place.
